ESPRO ALFA AW 32
ESPRO ALFA AW 32
ESPRO ALFA AW grades are created from high viscosity index, chemically stable base stocks and are further strengthened with antioxidants, anticorrosion, antiwear, and antifoam additives. They are intended for use in circulation systems. They satisfy the needs of systems with extremely high pressures as well as systems with fast pump speeds.
- The proper viscosity to meet the needs of the hydraulic pump and the intended system.
- High viscosity index to limit viscosity variations when in use.
- Excellent film strength and antiwear qualities to reduce wear on pistons, cylinders, pumps, and other moving parts.
- The highest demulsibility possible to allow entrained water to settle.
- High corrosion resistance to stop metal parts from rusting and corroding.
- Foaming resistance to guarantee timely and effective operation.
- Excellent chemical stability to provide long service lives with minimal maintenance.
Meets specifications
ESPRO ALFA AW GRADES meet IS 10522:1983 (reaffirmed 1993) specification, IS 3098:1993 (Reaffirmed Sep 2009) and USS 127, Pass Vickers V-104 C vane pump test and meet IPSS: 1-09-022 specifications.
Application areas
The ESPRO ALFA AW grades can be used in hydraulic systems, enclosed gear boxes, chain drives, compressors, vacuum pumps, mining equipment, machine tools and other applications.
Performance Benefits
- Oil with a high viscosity index can be utilized in a variety of temperatures.
- High demulsibility - facilitates fast settling of entrained water.
- Effective antirust property - prevents rusting of lubricating parts in the presence of moisture.
- Effective against wear between moving parts when subjected to large loads.
